Ingredients: Pork meat (origin: EU), salt, LACTOSE, dextrose, spices and aromatic plants, antioxidant: ascorbic acid, preservative: sodium nitrite, ferments.
Envelope: sodium alginate, cellulose or collagen.
180g of meat used for the preparation of 100g of finished product.
