Thanks to a bi-layer tablet, EuphytoseNuit® LP 1.9mg delivers: In rapid release, an adapted dose of 1mg of melatonin to help reduce the time it takes to fall asleep as well as Eschscholtzia and Valerian to help with optimal relaxation. In prolonged release, for 8 hours, a dose of 0.9mg of melatonin and valerian to maintain quality sleep.
