Practical and quick, MAGGI Defatted Veal Stock can be diluted in water as you wish to enhance the taste of your meat while making it more tender! Add the stock diluted in water 5 minutes before the end of cooking your meat then let it reduce very slowly. Your defatted sauce is ready! The ingredients used in this defatted veal stock have been rigorously selected and prepared by our suppliers before being dried. They are then carefully mixed based on a recipe developed by our chef.
